These terms apply to all of PodLab's design, 3D image processing and video services, covering both owner accounts and sub accounts.
By creating an account or using any feature of PodLab, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a legal guardian. If you use PodLab on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
Provide a real email and accurate information when signing up. Each account is for one person; team members log in with their own sub accounts.
You are responsible for keeping your password and OTP confidential, and for all activity arising from your account and the sub accounts you create. If you notice unusual access, change your password, sign out other sessions and notify us via the support email.
Credit is PodLab's internal unit of payment. Each task deducts credit by the actual number of outputs, charged as soon as the job enters the processing queue:
Per-task credit pricing may change; the applicable rate is always shown on the task screen before you press run. Bulk jobs deduct credit by the total number of images in the batch.
Purchased credit is non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, and non-transferable to another account. Credit deducted for a completed job is not restored, even if you do not use the result. If a job fails due to a PodLab system error, credit is refunded automatically to your account.
Trial credit from the free plan expires 30 days after it is granted. Credit from paid plans does not expire while the account is active; if the account is not logged into for 12 consecutive months, we may reclaim the remaining credit after prior notice by email.
Referral program (if available): the referrer may receive extra credit as a percentage of each valid order placed by the referred user. We reserve the right to reclaim bonus credit and disable the program for fraudulent behavior (self-referral, fake accounts, refunded/canceled orders).
The designs, print-ready files, mockups and videos you create on PodLab belong to you. You have full rights to use them commercially: selling on print-on-demand marketplaces, printing on products, running ads, opening storefronts.
We retain the right to store and process these files to the extent necessary to operate the service: displaying them in your library, job queue and credit log. We do not use your designs for promotional purposes without your consent.
PodLab does not guarantee that outputs are unique. With the same prompt or similar reference images, the AI system may produce near-identical designs for other users. Registering trademark or copyright protection for a design is your responsibility.
For every image, font, logo, video or description you upload, you warrant that you have the legal right to use it and that it does not infringe the copyright, trademark, likeness or privacy rights of any third party.
You grant PodLab the right to process your uploaded content to the extent needed to perform the task you request, including sending it to the integrated AI providers.
Upon receiving a valid complaint from a rights holder, we may hide or remove the related content and notify you. You are responsible for any claim arising from the content you upload or the way you use the outputs.
When using PodLab, you must not:
PodLab runs on top of third-party AI model providers. We may change or add providers to ensure quality and processing speed.
AI results are probabilistic: the same request may yield different quality across runs. We do not guarantee that outputs are always accurate, as intended, or meet the print standards of a specific marketplace. You should check files before putting them into production.
If a third-party provider is disrupted, some tasks may pause. During that time credit is not deducted, and pending jobs are retried or refunded.
Some tasks are only available on Tier 1 or Tier 2 plans, and the number of sub accounts depends on your current plan. Each plan's benefits are shown on the credit Pricing page.
Upgrades take effect immediately after successful payment; the new plan's credit is added to your existing balance. Downgrades take effect from the next cycle, and if the number of sub accounts in use exceeds the new plan's limit, you must remove some before downgrading.
We may adjust the plan structure and accompanying benefits, with prior notice to paying accounts.
We may suspend an account when we detect signs of violating section 06, payment fraud, or behavior affecting the system. For minor violations, you will be notified and given time to remedy before the account is locked.
An account terminated for violations will not have remaining credit refunded. You may request account deletion at any time via the support email; we delete design data within 30 days, except for parts we must retain by law. Remaining credit becomes void when the account is deleted.
The service is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost revenue, lost orders, locked storefronts, or damages from your business decisions based on PodLab's outputs.
In all cases, PodLab's total liability to you does not exceed the value of credit you paid in the 03 most recent months before the event.
We strive to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance in the app.
These terms may be updated as the service changes. For changes directly affecting your rights — how credit is calculated, credit expiry, output ownership — we give at least 07 days' notice by email and in-app.
The last-updated date is always shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use PodLab after the new terms take effect is understood as your acceptance of the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved by negotiation; if unsuccessful, the matter will be resolved at a competent court in Vietnam.
