PodLab ("we") respects your privacy. By creating an account and using the service, you consent to the data processing described in this policy.
This policy applies to PodLab's website, app and all features. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
Information you provide: email, display name, password (hashed — we do NOT store the raw password) and a referral code if any.
Content you upload: images, designs, prompts and files you submit for AI processing.
Technical data: IP address, browser/device type, access times and activity logs needed to operate the service and prevent abuse.
We use data to provide and operate the service, process your images/designs on request, manage credits and orders, support customers and improve product quality.
We also use data to secure accounts, detect fraud (including referral-program abuse) and comply with legal obligations.
Your images and prompts are sent to AI models (self-hosted or third-party providers) to generate the results you request. Results and source images are stored in your account.
We do not use your private content to train shared models without consent; AI providers process data under their own terms.
We do NOT sell personal data. We share only the minimum necessary with providers that help operate the service:

We may use analytics tools to understand how people use the product. You can block non-essential cookies via your browser.
Passwords are hashed; connections are encrypted; and data access is limited to operational needs.
No system is perfectly secure. Use a strong password, do not share your account, and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We keep your account data and content while you use the service, and for as long as needed to comply with the law, resolve disputes and reconcile finances.
